Europe Day, 9 May, recalls the day when wars
between countries of the European Union became a nightmare of the past. In
Paris that day in 1950 against the background of the threat of a Third World
War engulfing the whole of Europe, the French Foreign Minister Robert
Schuman read a declaration.
Like every year, European Union Delegation in Bangladesh has also celebrated
the Europe Day on the 9th of May and organized an event where many
distinguished guests, leaders, business personalities, politicians,
