Description

The Adarsha Gram Project II is co-financed by the Government of Bangladesh an the European Union.

The main objective of the project is to provide homeless and landless families in the rural areas with a homestead of 0.08 acres in a community on a contiguous piece of (government owned) land.

The project will establish 650 Adarsha Grams which will provide housing for the rehabilitation of 48,000 families. The project also provides skills, and awareness building training, as well as access to income generating activities with the help of NGOs.
